Terms, refunds and privacy

Cafecito sells sealed retail bags of specialty coffee, bought fresh for each order and delivered by hand in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can order on this site or through your AI assistant. Questions, cancellations and refunds: hola@cafecito.bot.

Ordering

Your order is confirmed once it's paid on Stripe's payment page. Unpaid orders are cancelled when the payment link expires.
If your AI assistant orders for you, it has to show you the total and get your yes first. You're responsible for orders you approve.
Prices are in US dollars. Coffee beans aren't subject to California sales tax, so the only extra charge is delivery.
At most 6 of each bag per order.

Delivery

San Francisco: Wednesday, $7.99 delivery
Berkeley: Tuesday and Friday, $4.99 delivery
Lafayette: Thursday, $7.99 delivery
Walnut Creek: Thursday, $7.99 delivery

Orders close at 8pm Pacific the evening before the delivery day. We deliver only to the ZIP codes in these cities, and may text or email you to coordinate the drop-off.

Refunds

Sold out: our catalog follows store shelves, so a bag can be gone when we go to buy it. That bag is refunded. If nothing in your order can be bought, the delivery fee is refunded too.
Changed your mind: email us before the order cutoff and we refund the whole order.
Something wrong with your delivery: email us and we'll replace the bag or refund it.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Privacy

We keep your name, address, phone or email, and what you ordered, only to buy and deliver it. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card. Our site runs on Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. Unpaid orders and their addresses are deleted after 30 days. To have a paid order's details deleted, email us. Feedback that assistants send about what they couldn't do here is kept to improve the shop; it isn't meant to include personal details.
